Competing in the Hellenic Premier Division (Step 5), we are a proud, hard-working club with strong local roots and a clear vision for the future. We’re seeking a manager who shares our values and can help us continue building a pathway for players to progress through the club, from youth to senior level.

What We're Looking For:

Experience at Hellenic League level (Step 5) or higher is highly desirable

A strong understanding of local football is a must

FA approved coaching qualifications are preferred but not essential (the club can assist the right applicant)

A passion for developing young talent, particularly integrating players from our Under 18 squad into the first team

A leader who can embed and uphold the hardworking ethos that defines Longlevens AFC

Support from a team of FA qualified coaches, with openness for the new manager to bring in additional trusted staff
